Lessons from the University of Michigan’s response to having its athletics Facebook pages hacked

Last week, three of the University of Michigan’s most popular Facebook pages were hacked: Michigan Football, Michigan Basketball, and Michigan Athletics. Through a phishing scheme on Facebook Messenger that came through an employee’s Facebook account, the hackers were able to access the pages.
