API fellowship deadline is Feb. 1

API will be awarding thousands of dollars in fellowships to journalism educators and newspaper employees from the United States and Canada to use in attending 2010 API seminars. These fellowships are financed through the generosity of individuals, organizations and trusts.

The deadline for applications is Monday, February 1.

Other fellowships will be awarded throughout 2010 as additional seminars are added to the schedule on a rolling basis.
