Jeffery E. Light 
 Jeffery E. LightVice President of Interactive, The Orange County Register
Mr. Light is vice president for Interactive at The Orange County Register. He is responsible for the interactive business at the Register, and is part of the executive team supporting interactive strategy for Freedom newspaper and television properties. In his previous job, he was responsible for interactive journalism for the Register. During that time, the content team pioneered changes that resulted in single-year growth of 85% in loyal local audience. As a newspaper journalist, he was a member of a Pultizer-Prize winning staff in 1996, and led project teams that were Pulitzer finalists in both 2004 and 2005. He has a BA in Creative Writing from Brown University and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
