Jim Pitkow
CEO and co-founder, Attributor Corp.

Mr. Pitkow is the CEO and co-founder of Attributor, a service that allows publishers to track and monetize text, images and videos across the Web. Attributor’s technology also powers the Fair Syndication Consortium, a group of publishers who seek a share in the advertising revenue generated on Web sites and blogs that reuse their entire articles. Prior to Attributor, Mr. Pitkow was CEO and chairman of Moreover Technologies, where he successfully restructured the company through acquisition by VeriSign in October 2005. Before Moreover, Mr. Pitkow was the president and chairman of Outride Inc., a spinout from the Xerox Palo Alto Research Center (PARC), which was acquired by Google. He has a degree in psychology from the University of Colorado and a Ph.D. in computer science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
