Mark Juron
Senior Business Consultant, Talent Plus

Mark Juron is president of MW Juron LLC after having spent 28 years with Mercedes-Benz, 20 at the executive level. As the general manager, training and education, Mr. Juron worked at both the dealership and corporate levels of Mercedes-Benz, USA (MBUSA). He also worked as district sales manager, general manager, assistant sales manager and assistant to the vice president of sales as well as general sales manager at Mercedes-Benz Manhattan. Juron oversaw the strategic planning and tactical development of the Mercedes-Benz customer assistance center and was general manager, product management parts and services within corporate. Prior to that, Juron worked for AMC/Jeep in various locations throughout the United States.

His last assignment before retirement was the benchmarking of companies noted for world-class service, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and Nordstrom’s. He and his team found Talent Plus in that process. Together they defined and implemented strategies and tactics to evolve the cultural, educational, recruitment and learning requirements for dealerships on retail and technical, including attitudinal, assessments. Additionally, he implemented similar strategies to fulfill corporate learning requirements and the advancement of MBUSA employees. These programs continue today in MBUSA’s ELITE programs and the dealership Performance Excellence Journey (PEJ).

Mr. Juron is an academic honors graduate of Central Connecticut State University and received a master’s degree in education from State University of New York at Albany. In his free time, he has been the head coach and VP of a youth football program and a member of the NASCAR Winston Cup pit crew. On the weekends, he is a member of the Kyle Petty, No. 45, Nextel Cup Pit Crew.
