Lisa French
Senior Consultant, Talent Plus


Through her work at Talent Plus, Ms. French provides management consulting throughout the United States and Europe and is based out of the Washington, D.C., area. She has served as an advisor to the Health Care Advisory Board. Her clients include The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, the only hospitality company to have twice won the U.S. Department of Commerce Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award; Mercedes-Benz USA; Ferragamo; King’s Daughters Medical Center, a Press Ganey Success Story winner; Lancaster General Hospital; MB Financial Bank; and Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.
Ms. French completed General Electric Co.’s Management Development Program and started her career in human resources management in 1979. She worked with several units within GE’s lighting division, specializing in training and development and staffing and recruitment. She was selected to open and staff a new plant in Winchester, Va., and was responsible for its human resources activities.

Following GE, Ms. French worked as an independent consultant and corporate recruiter for American Woodmark Corporation. She also completed a two-year consultancy with Kraft General Foods in their implementation of self-direction and team development at three North American facilities.

Ms. French received her Bachelor of Science degree with honors at Youngstown State University in Ohio, majoring in business management with a concentration in industrial relations and psychology.
