Phyllis Roteman
President, The Loyalty Group, Inc.

Phyllis Roteman is President of The Loyalty Group, a human resources consulting and training firm specializing in the “people side” of business.  Ms. Roteman has more than 17 years of consulting, facilitation, training, sales and management experience.  Ms. Roteman has consulted in a variety of industries and organizations, including Tropicana/PepsiCo, Chevron, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Zenith National Insurance, Westinghouse, Toyota Motor Sales USA and Florida Power and Light.

Ms. Roteman has worked closely with Knight Ridder corporate, newspaper and digital companies. Other media clients have included Community Newspaper Company, CNEA and Maynard Institute.  Ms. Roteman holds an MBA from University of Miami and an undergraduate degree in Writing/Journalism from University of Pittsburgh.  Her father was a newspaper editor for over 35 years and grew up in the industry. Ms. Roteman was a discussion leader for Managing Performance: Aligning Employee Performance with Strategic Goals (2005).
