Busines journalists looking for some high recognition have less than one week to submit entries for the Gerald Loeb Awards for Distinguished Business and Financial Journalism. All print and broadcast stories must be postmarked by Monday, Jan. 31. Entry forms can be found here.

Applicants can send in nominations in up to 10 categories. The Loeb Foundation is also accepting nominations for its Lawrence Minard Editor Award, which recognizes career contributions in business journalism editing, and its Lifetime Achievement Award, which recognizes exceptional career contributions in the field of business, financial and economic news.

Interested editors and reporters can find more information about the Loeb Award's fees and eligibility rules on its Web site, or they can contact Mary Ann Lowe for more information.
