ONA will accept applications from its membership and recommend individuals for five seats in each of two seminars: - Emerging Technology, Business and Policy for Senior Executives, Feb. 8 -10, 2005, in San Francisco - Mobile Media Master Class: Media Opportunities and Strategies for the Mobile Generation, Apr. 26 - 29, 2005, in Los Angeles The application deadline is Dec. 6, 2004. Applications, to include a statement of interest and objectives and full contact details, should be sent to: Tom Regan, ONA executive director, at tregan@journalists.org. ONA will give special consideration to decision makers from independent, non-profit or non-traditional media organizations. Each fellowship covers tuition, hotel and up to $300 in travel expenses. The alliance extends a relationship between ONA and The Media Center established in 2004. ONA members will be eligible for reduced tuition at all Media Center events in 2005. "We're glad for the opportunity to work with The Media Center again this year," said ONA executive director Tom Regan. "The Media Center is a great organization, and its programs are among the best you'll find anywhere. We're very happy that we're going to be able to offer ten of our members the chance to attend these seminars. It's just a good partnership for all concerned."
