Reynolds Center Offers Scholarships

In addition to its own free workshops, the Reynolds Center is offering scholarships to annual business seminars of the American Press Institute (API), The Wharton School and the Society of American Business Editors and Writers (SABEW).

Annual API Business Editors Seminar, Sept. 19-25 at API headquarters in Reston, Va. One scholarship from Reynolds Center covers $1,255 tuition and $850 hotel and meal package. Deadline August 9.

SABEW Business Investigative Reporting and Personal Finance Workshop, Oct. 4-5 at the Westin Atlanta North at Perimeter Center in Atlanta. Two scholarships from Reynolds Center cover $175 tuition and $150 board. Deadline August 20.

Wharton Seminar for Business Journalists, Oct. 24-28 at University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia features lectures by business faculty of the school. Two scholarships from the Reynolds Center cover $1,494 cost of tuition, materials and most meals. Hotel not included. Deadline Sept. 1.
