Today’s newsrooms are facing stark realities. How will they emerge?

Join us for a one-day workshop that explores how newsrooms are reorganizing to respond quickly to the shifting marketplace and how they continue to champion core news values as they tackle the challenges of our times.

TOPICS INCLUDE:

  • The New Roles.  To succeed in today’s competitive media world, journalists must be curators, activists and promoters of their work.
  • The New Tools.  Far from being “platform agnostic,” storytelling must adapt to take full advantage of print, online and mobile delivery.
  • The New Rules: How should journalists behave in a world that values speed, interaction, authenticity and transparency?

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Newsroom leaders at all levels who are committed to serving audiences and moving newsrooms forward.
